Matthew S. Noxsel

Matthew is a senior associate in the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai. His practice focuses on complex financial litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Matthew regularly represents bankruptcy trustees (as special litigation counsel) and lenders in lawsuits involving D&O liability, fraud, and fraudulent transfers.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Branch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Drew B. Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.

Matthew graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2019. He served as an Articles Editor on the Georgia Law Review, drafted briefs as a member of the school’s appellate litigation clinic, and supported several professors as a teaching and research assistant.
