REID COLLINS FILES $80 MILLION LAWSUIT OVER COLLAPSE CENTRAL GROCERS
On November 19, 2019, Reid Collins filed an $80 million lawsuit on behalf of the Chapter 7 trustee of Central Grocers, which was once one of the largest grocery cooperatives in the country. In this lawsuit, the trustee asserts that the company’s directors breached their fiduciary duties in a “fundamental misalignment of interests” to benefit themselves.
