JESSICA ZELDIN SPEAKS AT PLI’S DELAWARE LAW DEVELOPMENTS 2023

Jessica Zeldin was a featured speaker at the Practising Law Institute’s seminar “Delaware Law Developments 2023: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know” on May 1, 2023.

She joined the PLI faculty as a panelist on “Recent Delaware Developments,” which, among other issues, focused on: Caremark and the continued evolution of oversight litigation; SLCs and related independence considerations post-El Pollo Loco; and aiding and abetting litigation, including the continued targeting of law firms and bankers.

Ms. Zeldin, Of Counsel to Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, has over twenty-five years of experience litigating corporate and commercial matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and before all the Courts in Delaware, primarily representing investors’ interests.

PLI’s annual seminar on Delaware law reflects how its jurisprudence continues to play a critical role in the development of U.S. corporate and securities law.
