Julia Di Fiore
Julia Di Fiore is an associate in the Austin office of Reid Collins & Tsai. Julia received her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2022, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Law Review and a teaching assistant for first-year Contracts and Legal Research & Writing. While earning her J.D., Julia simultaneously earned a Master of Public Affairs as part of a dual degree program at UT. Julia previously studied music and has received a M.M. in Voice Performance from Florida State University and a B.M. from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Notable Representations:
- Representing of JW Aluminum Company against four insurers for claims of breach of a syndicated property insurance policy and bad faith denial of coverage, arising from a fire and related business interruption losses, in South Carolina federal court.
- Representing former Fox News employee in claims against Bill Shine and Fox News, alleging sexual abuse by Roger Ailes and the aiding and abetting of that abuse, all under New York’s Adult Survivors Act. The case has been covered by NBC, NPR, The Hollywood Reporter, Law360, Insider, and Vanity Fair, among other outlets.
