Richard Howell
Richard Howell is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked as a Business Restructuring and Reorganization associate in the Washington, DC office of Jones Day. Richard received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was an articles editor for the University of Chicago Business Law Review. He earned a B.S.F.S. in International Politics, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
