Sam Hilliard
Sam Hilliard is an associate in the Austin office of Reid Collins & Tsai. Sam received his J.D. with Highest Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review and a member of the Supreme Court Clinic. He was named Clerk of the Chancellors for his class year and elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation. Sam earned his B.B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Campbell Barker of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
