TSAI SHARES MP INSIGHTS DURING LEADERSHIP PANEL AT APIS ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Last weekend, Reid, Collins & Tsai Managing Partner, Lisa S. Tsai, took part in 28th Annual State Bar of Texas Asian Pacific Interest Section (APIS) Conference in Houston, where she joined the panel “Moving Beyond the Partner Title: Perspectives on Leadership from Four Managing Partners.”
Lisa, a former APIS chair, shared insights on effective leadership and the evolving role of law firm leaders. She was joined on the panel by other firm and office managing partners Alison Chen (Akin), Joyce Soliman (Porter Hedges), and Priya Coffey (Jackson Walker).
Formed in 1995, the Asian Pacific Interest Section of the State Bar of Texas was created to connect Texas lawyers of Asian Pacific American heritage and promote issues of justice, equity, and opportunity impacting Asian and South Asian communities.
